Cape York Camper Trailers are designed tough right down to the finest detail. Our company prides itself on building a complete product that will stand the test of time through the most rugged conditions.

We use only the best quality 12oz Australian made canvas on our entire model range meaning you won't have to worry about tears and rips forming in your new camper trailer.

The construction is also carried out on a laser cut chassis that has been hot-dipped galvanised to ensure the structure itself will stand up to the bumps and scrapes often associated with adventures into the most remote parts of Australia.

The trailer body itself is made from 3mm 5083 grade high tensile strength aluminium. We then undercoat with 2 coats of Epitek high build primer and the whole body is finished with 2 coats of
base coat and 2 coats of clear.

Independent trailing arms with coil springs and Pedders foam cell shock absorbers add to the over all capabilities that our trailers have of being able to go to the most rugged areas. We have
designed the chassis so that the suspension arms are are attached to the hangers on the draw bar so towing stresses go straight from the drawbar to the trailers wheels. This ensures a soft & flat ride.

We also take into consideration dust sealing and stone guards/mudf flaps - all of which contribute
to making a product of lasting quality.

As you can see - we've taken every measure possible to ensure that the trailer is tough enough and lasts as long as possible.

The proof of our quality is evident by the fact that our company hasn't had many warranty concerns with either suspension or workmanship.

Other Features
	Awning All Cape York Campers come standard with with an awning as well as poles & pegs. In keeping our product as easy to use as possible we've designed the campers so that the awning remains attached to the trailer and simply folds away - Saving you time. The awning is zipped on and extends to the end of the draw bar covering the storage locker. We can also provide the trailer with an optional full set of annexe walls.
Water Tank The standard water tank in Cape York Trailers campers is a 100L food grade item with a lockable water filler.
Jerry Can Holders We've thought of everything with our campers and they come standard with 2 alloy jerry can holders - you can never take enough spare fuel when going bush!
	Tyres All of our trailers come with brand new 15" wheels and off road tyres. We even throw in a spare. You can choose to upgrade the wheels to different stud patterns and wheel sizes to match your vehicle.
Storage Our trailers have lots of storage compartments to make them practical for any traveller. Our storage boxes are made from 3mm aluminium and they are lined with marine grade carpet.
	Queen Sized Bed You can make your selection of innerspring queen sized mattress or a high density foam mattress - after all, just because you're camping doesn't mean you have to "rough-it" Bedding areas in the campers also includes lighting and ample storage room beside the mattress for personal items which are close on hand when needed.
	Kitchen Our trailers come complete with a fully working kitchen which includes sinks, outlet drains, good sized carpeted draws, a gas stove with 3 burners. All of these items simply fold away and slide into the trailer when packed up. With plenty of bench space as well as a 12v pump which provides flowing water on demand from the 100L water tank you'll wonder if you're really camping or staying in a hotel. The kitchen is permanently connected to water from the tank, power and gas so all you need to do is pull out a draw and it's all there. The fridges we offer are energy saving items and are available in either 39L or 73L sizes so you can keep lots of cold drinks for the kids, beer for the fishing trip or whatever you please icy cold.
Brakes Cape York Trailers use only the best quality 12" electric brakes in its campers. In fact, with a 60mm stub axle, they are the largest and safest brakes available on the market.
	Tow Ball Weight To reduce tow ball weight - and keep towing as easy as possible - we have designed the camper to balance the weight over the axle as evenly as possible. We do this by having heavier items such as the spare wheel, water tank and batteries mounted behind the rear axle.
	12 Volt System Our power system includes dual 100 hour caterpillar batteries. So you can monitor power consumption there is a battery and voltmeter monitor. Our multi switch panel features built in fuses. So you're never left in the dark we include a 30amp full automatic battery charger in the front storage box.
