Cape York Trailers uses an advanced robotic manufacturing system for all of our products. This robotic and automated process is a first for North Queensland and we have invested hundreds of thousands of dollars into developing and implementing this system into our local workshop.

The benefits to our customers of this system is that all of our products are built equally strong and the manufacturing process time period is shortened considerably.

By removing the human factor for the repetitive work in the manufacturing process - such as seam welding - we have introduced a new product range that is of a superior fit and finish due to the higher precision levels achieved by modern advanced robotics.
